Boruto Bleach comparisons

I didn't really pay much attention to this but this came up on Tumblr where someone basically points out the opening from boruto is basically a play by play to one of bleach's openings. I guess when you put like this yeah I can see it then after 2 hours I started notice boruto having a little more in common with bleach with how it started. The way boruto sees unusual chakra aura in the attempt to sell him as a main character is kind of like how ichigo and others would notice the presence of hollow's around a person.

I'm bothered by his right eye since rather than try to let him train and develop from what was already established they basically want you to buy into this boruto has always had a special byakugan eye even though there was never any mention of it before now so wait if that's the case shouldn't he be more aware of kurama inside Naruto? Come guys even a new fanfic writer isn't dumb enough to make that mistake and oversight.

Man I guess in terms of how it was said in yugioh abridged season 3 when it started "Boruto Naruto generations! It's like a fanfic written by actual writers".

I didn't take a minute to think about this but yeah this project just more or less already is trying to change what was canon before in the movie. only thing that would make changes obvious is if naruto and hinata married under different circumstances or himawari doesn't have byakugan anymore. A continuation is fine and all but I would think kishimoto would be more aware of what he already already had established before with out using this as his excuse to change what's already known. I mean he'll for all we know they could just take out the naruto gaiden stuff for sarada and not ever cover her story at all. Same with the mitsuki one shot since that seems it's gonna be thrown out the window. This makes almost as much sense as the stories that the robot ghost of Christmas past from the future says in aqua teen hunger force. It's the kind of thing where if something's like boruto's eye was canon all along then where was it during the movie?
