Kamen Rider Ex-aid Level 99

Well the new Gashat made by Emu's desire, will, and imagination as a gamer who never became a game designer but still has thoughts about his own fan games was able to turn the silver blank Gashat that didnt' work for Taiga or Hiiro into a new Mighty Game. in other words as said by episode 73 of Yugioh abridged. Emu used his Bullshit Main Character Powers to make a game that is not an official game XD kind of like pokemon black lol

anyway this bulky form is level 99 making it the strongest form thus far now keep in mind we are only at episode 23 so this form is the form before the final form since no rider would rely on a bulky form as their final one for a lot of reasons where we all learned from Goku it has a lot of power but it's bulk is liable to have draw backs in the future episodes. now as for a final form for ex-aid hard to say if it'll be a new gashat or if Emu will add or find a hidden feature in his new gashat aka Maximum Mighty X to access his true final form. Brave and Snipe I think they are to have one more form since but I may be wrong on that end.

as for the episode there's good news and bad news. the good news is that Genm/Kuroto is finally dead. killed by Pallad who used Dangerous Zombie to kill him ironically enough. the bad news Pallad is now taking over the project of creating the Kamen Rider Chronicle game and all it needs is 2 more bugster data from doremi popipo and dragon hunter z. most likely the kamen rider chronicle Gashat will be used by Pallad which will decimate Emu's Maximum Mighty X to where it then leads to his true final form. for now just know next week is a filler based episode where the new tradition of having a one hour special or 2 filler episodes(1 from kamen rider and 1 from super sentai) based on how the current rangers and riders cross over into each other's show for a scene or entire episode in order to promote the current Taisen movie coming out. in this case ex-aid will appear on kyuuranger and shishired will appear on ex-aid to promote Chou Super Hero Taisen Kamen Rider vs Super Sentai.

the taisen movie has a lot of deceased heroes appearing in teams and we'll also see Kamen Rider Amazon meet his 2 young successors amazon alpha and amazon omega I think was their names who are basically the more gorey and bloody kamen riders who are official but are too bloody to be a in a kids show but they will be mentioned for this movie to team up with the original Amazon. also Rider Ichigou has been turned into a sentai team known GouRiders(5 Riders) 5 ichgous in sentai color format who are somehow part ranger and part rider. no idea how that happened but you know how cross over movie plots go lol
