I was skeptical about this too but i had it looked into and as of the september release for the Nyantype Magazine RWBY was on there this month along side the other anime waifus of the season as a new poster. you can look it up on google when you type RWBY nyantype or you can look it up on Jlist. but yes RWBY has become what 90 percent of the western fans don't wanna admit in how Japan treasures this series since to me an Anime can come from anywhere since by visuals and how it carries itself any animated series including ones made in the US from Avatar to RWBY and even Voltron Legendary Defender can be considered anime since the main inspiration of japanese animation influenced them. so if you like that you can call RWBY an anime or rather a web based anime then enjoy your sweet cakes and for those who still wanna deny it then enjoy the salt on your wounds and eyes. Congrats to Rooster Teeth for making it on to the covers of Nyantype with RWBY and having a an official Manga and being part or ArcSystems next BlazBlue project in the coming cross over fighting game. Hope Monty Oum is watching from the stars above with a smile on his face in seeing how far his original series has come. besure to comment your thoughts about this new level of success RWBY below or you can RP the hell out of this since i know everyone has a waifu in RWBY somewhere lol
